Returns & Exchanges

 

Maryzo does not accept returns or issue refunds on custom made, customised, sale, discounted, final sales or limited edition items.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues or defects. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for adjustment or alterations.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made pieces are crafted specifically for each client and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Where possible, adjustments for a better fit may be arranged if the client is able to bring the item in within 7days of receipt, and only if the item is found to be faulty.


Ready-to-Wear Items

Exchanges may be offered if the desired size is available. If not only one time adjustment can be made for better fit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and feesassociated with the exchange.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and packaging intact within 7days. Clothes returned with lotion or perfume scent or any visible damage by client or stain not previously communicated upon receipt will not be accepted for exchanges.


General Conditions

Maryzo reserves the right to decline exchanges or adjustments that do not meet the above requirements.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any authorized returns or exchanges, as we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, items lost or damaged in transit.
